High-Density Residential Areas: High-density areas are parts of Alaro City’s residential layout where blocks of apartments, terrace buildings, etc are permitted.

Medium-Density Residential Areas: There are parts of the Alaro City residential layout where the only permitted developments are townhouses, semi-detached buildings, etc. The starting size for medium residential plots is 500 sqm. It is currently selling at $135 per sqm.

Low-Density Residential Areas:  Here,  the permitted developments are detached houses and bungalows. Plots in low-density residential areas in Alaro City are 500 – 750 – 1000 sqm. They are currently selling at $121 per sqm
